A few useful details before you arrive at TarmarPlace.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. If arriving outside these hours, contact us before your stay to arrange check-in.
Is parking available?
Free public parking is available on site and on the street. No reservation is needed.
Do you serve breakfast?
Continental breakfast is available for an additional charge at Restaurante Tarmar.
Do all rooms have a sea view?
Selected room types have full, partial or side sea views, with a balcony or terrace. Please check the description of your chosen room before booking.
Can I use the spa?
Spa access is by reservation only and subject to availability. Access costs €10 per adult per stay. Massage, sauna and hot tub services may involve additional charges; please contact us to confirm.
Is WiFi free?
Yes, WiFi is free and available in all areas of the hotel.
Are pets and children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply. Cots and extra beds depend on your room and availability; extra beds cost €20 per child per night and cots are free.
Can you arrange an airport shuttle?
Airport shuttle services are available for an additional charge. Contact us before your arrival to discuss arrangements. Madeira Airport and Funchal are approximately a 45-minute drive away, depending on traffic.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by accommodation and rate. You can see the conditions for your selected dates and room on our booking page.
What do I need at check-in?
Please bring a photo ID and credit card and tell us your arrival time in advance. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
